NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Italika Limited has applied to The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets on 07 July 2026, to Vary the Premises Licence at: Cafe Brera Kiosk & Terrace, CS4 Kiosk, 15 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QT. To Extend The Terminal Hour For Sale Of Alcohol, Recorded Music And Late Night Refreshment To 03:30 Sunday – Wednesday. 05:00 Thursday - Saturday, Closing 30 Minutes Thereafter, As More Particularly Set Out In The Application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: LBTH Licensing Team, Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ, or by email to: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk, to be received by no later than 4th August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk, or by appointment at The Council’s Offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a Premises Licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
