Notice is hereby given that we Kira Izakaya Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Kira Sushi & Poke, 148 Front Street, Chester Le Street, Durham, DH3 3AY.
For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol, (on sales only) 12.00 to 00.00. The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) 23.00 - 00.00. Both activities Monday to Sunday inclusive. Both activities from 12.00 New Years Eve until 01:00 hrs on New Year's Day.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 6th August 2026 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, Durham DH8 1HG Alternatively email: Licensing@durham.gov.uk.
