Notice is hereby given that Masaffeys Ltd t/a KiN Of West Malling has applied to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for the GRANT of sale of alcohol (on & off sales) and recorded music for the premises KiN of West Malling, 18-20 Swan Street, West Malling, Kent, ME19 6LP Monday to Wednesday 08:00 – 17:00, Thursday to Friday 08:00 – 23:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 – 23:00.
Any person wishing to submit representations about the proposals should make them in writing to: Licensing Services, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4LZ or by email to licensing.services@tmbc.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 7 th August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
