Notice is hereby given that Georgia Colvin has applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, in respect of Chapter and Charm, GF9B, The Pixmore, Letchworth Business Centre, Pixmore Avenue, SG6 1JG. This Application Is For A Premises Licence To Allow The Sale By Retail Of Alcohol, Which Will Operate Between The Hours Of 9:00am – 5:00pm.

All relevant representations, including names and addresses, will be supplied to the applicant and included in a public report. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
