Notice is hereby given that Sarah Bethel has applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. In respect of The Speakeasy Club, 3C Sun Street, Hitchin, SG51AE. The Application Is To Permit The Sale Of Alcohol For Consumption On The Premises And Recorded Music Between 02:00 and 03:00.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
