Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for Wetherspoons (Former Smugglers Haunt), Ringwood Road, Tricketts Cross, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9BB. The application is to provide the following licensable activities:

    1. Sale of Alcohol between 0800 and 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 0800 and 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

    1. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 2300 to 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

  1. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non-standard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.

This application has been made to Dorset Council. Details of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Department, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, DT1 1XJ during normal hours of business or at https://www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/ 

at any time.

A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 5th August 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries a maximum fine of £5,000.
