NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE
TAKE NOTICE that I Yasaratha Herath have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence premises certificate* in respect of premises known as The Archive Café, 13-15 Victoria square, HD9 2DN
FOR- Retail sales of alcohol, regulated entertainment, Late night Refreshments, Every Day from 9.00 to 23.30
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 10th of August 2026
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine noy exceeding £5000
