What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Michael Hirst to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to VARY A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of Metrodome Leisure Complex, Queens Road, Barnsley, S71 1AN on the following terms:

Supply of alcohol - Monday-Saturday 0900-0400 the following morning, and Sunday 0900-2400

Opening hours – Monday-Saturday 0600-0400 the following morning, and Sunday 0700-2400

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 04.08.2026

Notes: 1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
