Application To Vary A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited has applied in respect of Swan & Mitre, 260-262 High Street, Bromley, BR1 1PG, for an application to Vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, to permit the following: To Amend The Premises Licence Opening Hours And The Hours When The Premises Is Permitted For Licensable Activities on Fridays & Saturdays. The new hours are as follows: - Opening Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 – 23:59 (no change), Friday – Saturday 10:00 – 01:30 (currently 23:59). Sale of Alcohol, Recorded Music & Anything Similar to Live or Recorded Music: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 – 23:30 (no change), Friday - Saturday 10:00 – 01:00 (currently 23:30). Live Music: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 – 23:30 (no change), Friday – Saturday 10:00 – 00:00 (currently 23:30). Late Night Refreshment: Sunday – Thursday 23:00 – 23:59 (no change), Friday – Saturday 23:00 – 01:00 (currently 23:59). This application also seeks to make amendments to the Premises Licence Conditions. For a full list of proposed changes please refer to the application using the details below.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 5 August 2026, to: The London Borough of Bromley, Public Protection Team, at: Bromley Civic Centre, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, BR1 1AS, or via email to: licensing@bromley.gov.uk. The application may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
