TAKE NOTICE that I/we Vinoteca LTD
have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation* of a premises licence/club premises certificate* in respect of premises known as Vinoteca Brighouse
For supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club and play of recorded music from 12pm to 11pm.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 30th July 2026. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
