NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that we, Amber Taverns Ltd, have on the 07/07/2026 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority to Vary a premises licence for the Sir Henry Royce, 1-3 Broadway, Peterborough PE1 1TA. Namely to:
To alter the internal structure of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted
To reduce the opening hours from 07:00 to 09:00 each day
To remove all conditions consistent with the operating schedule to be replace with the conditions attached to the application submitted
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to:
Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY
Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 04/08/2026.
Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive or online here
