What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Leeds United Football Club
Limited has applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of
a Premises Licence in respect of Premises located at
Marquee, Elland Road Stadium, North Car Park, Leeds,
LS11 0ES. The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are: The provision of regulated entertainment in the
form of Films (indoors only), Indoor Sporting Events, Live
Music (Indoors only), Recorded Music (Indoors only),
Performances of dance (Indoors only) and Anything of a
similar description to that falling within Live Music,
Recorded Music or Performances of dance (Indoors only),
Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 02:00. Late Night Refreshment
(indoors only): Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 02:00. Supply
of Alcohol (on the premises): Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to
02:00. Opening hours of the premises: Monday to Sunday,
09:00 to 03:00. Any representations by an interested party
or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1
1UR, or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,

no later than 04/08/2026 stating the grounds for objection.

application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
