What is proposed?

Public Notice Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Bluestaar Limited has applied to Bristol City Council to vary the Premises Licence for Bargain Beers, 159 Crow Lane, Henbury, Bristol BS10 7DR to make the following changes: 

• Extend licensed hours for off sales of alcohol to 24hrs daily, 
• Update the Premises Licence Plan, and 
• Update the Operating Schedule of licence conditions. 

Any person wishing to make representations must email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk or write stating the grounds for objecting to: Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol BS1 9LN. 

Representations must be received no later than: 06/08/2026. 

The application may be viewed at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday (Wednesday 10.00 - 5.00 pm) or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
