Name of applicant: TBC Chapter 2 Ltd Postal address of premises: The Biryani Centre, 94 Burlington Road, New Malden, KT3 4NT. 
 
Application Details: The application seeks a premises licence to allow the sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) and the provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music only) 12:00h to 22:00h Monday to Sunday.

Deadline for representations: 11th August 2026
