Section 71, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given by Merlins Bridge AFC that on the 8th July 2026 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the Grant of a Club Premises Certificate.

The application is in respect of premises known as the Merlins Bridge AFC, Changing Rooms, Welfare Hall, Pembroke Road, Haverfordwest, SA61 1JW, and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements or on the council’s website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.

The application relates to the supply of alcohol to members and guests.

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Department, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk. Those representations must be made in writing by 5th August 2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
