What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that The Axclub Limited has applied in respect of AxClub, Unit A Musbury Road, Axminster, EX13 5PQ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Licensable Activities and Hours - Supply of Alcohol (On-Sales Only) 10:00 to 21.45 hours daily.

Opening Hours - 07:00 to 22:00 hours daily.

To add a number of conditions relating to Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, Public Nuisance & Protection of Children from Harm, a full list can be found on the council’s website using the details below.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ or email licensing@eastdevon.gov.uk no later than the end of 5 August 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
