What is proposed?

Darlington Borough Council Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, Intracave Limited, have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Premises known as KFC Darlington Retail Park, Yarm Road, Darlington, DL1 4UP.

We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: 1. The provision of late-night refreshment, Monday to Sunday 11pm - 4am .

he postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours, or online at https://www.darlington.gov.uk/business-and-licensing/licensing/. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Department, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL15QT. Written representations must be received no later than 31st July 2026.

It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
