What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE

Take notice that David Anthony Brown and Yvonne Brown trading as The Fantasy House Ltd have applied under the local government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1982 for renewal of licence at the premises of 2 Mount St, Wrexham to trade as an adult shop.

Application has been made on the 16th July 2026 to Wrexham County Borough Council, Public Protection Department, Lambpit St,Wrexham, LL11 1AR.

Any person wishing to object to the application should do so in writing to the above address within 21 days of the date of this notice. An object or must state in general terms the grounds of objection.

It is an offence to knowingly make a false statement in connection with an application, persons guilty of such an offence are liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £20,000.
