NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
APPLICANT: FRIEZ & BURGZ WHITLEY BAY LTD PREMISES: FRIEZ & BURGZ, 162-164 WHITLEY ROAD, WHITLEY BAY, TYNE & WEAR, NE26 2LX
Notice is hereby given that Friez & Burgz Whitley Bay Ltd has applied on the 13th July 2026 to North Tyneside Council for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to permit the supply of alcohol on the premises only every day 09:00 to 22:30. The opening hours of the premises will be every 09.00 to 23:00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, NE12 6UB. Representations must Be received no later than 10th August 2026. The application Record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at The above address or at www. northtyneside.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
