What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of an application

for new Premises Licence

We do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at New Forest District Council for a new premises licence as detailed below:-

Name of applicant: JD Wetherspoon plc.

Address of premises: Heath Hotel, Beaulieu Road, Dibden Purlieu, Southampton, SO45 4PW.

The application is to provide the following licensable activities:

  1. Sale of Alcohol between 0800 and 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 0800 and 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

  2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 2300 to 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

  3. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non-standard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.
