LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th July 2026 Federal Café Limited applied to City of York Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Federal, 5 Coney Street, York YO1 9QL. The proposed licensable activities is ;- The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 08.00 to 23.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk no later than the 3rd August 2026 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of City of York Council and the record of the application may be inspected by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
