NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th July 2026, Alliance Property Holdings Limited, applied to Cheshire East Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Daily, 2 Ridgeway Street, Crewe CW1 4BY. The proposed variation is ;-
1. To vary the hours for licensable activities to 07:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.
2. To vary the home delivery/collection conditions in the premises licence to reflect the above hours.
3. To delete some out-of-date conditions from the premises licence.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Team, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe CW1 2LL or via email licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk no later than 07 August 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Cheshire East Council the record of the application may be inspected via www.cheshireeast.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
