PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Pho Trading Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council in respect of Pho Unit 1.01
A & B, Leeds Trinity, Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 6HW for an
application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 as follows: To vary the layout of the premises in
accordance with the plans submitted with the application.
To add late night refreshment as a licensable activity, with
hours until midnight daily. To remove conditions 9, 31 and
47 of annex 2, relating to drug awareness training, approval
of changes to layout and smoking. To amend conditions 22,
28, 29, 45 and 46 of annex 2 relating to the incident report
register, open containers of alcohol, and access.
Representations must be made in writing to Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR,
or via
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,
to be received
no later than the end of 5th August 2026, stating the grounds
for objection.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
