Notice is hereby given that Tesco Stores Limited has applied to Richmond Council for a new premises licence at Tesco Express, 27A-27B The Quadrant, Richmond, TW9 1DN, for the provision of late night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00 & the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 07/08/2026, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email:
licensing@merton.gov.uk The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre,
London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.richmond.gov.uk
