Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
I Matthew Cong hereby give notice that an application was made to the London Borough of Lambeth on the 10th July 2026 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Viet Fusion, 70 Streatham Hill, London SW2 4RD from which the following licensable activities are proposed.
Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 12:00 hours to 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 21:00 on Sundays.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at Licensing Section London Borough of Lambeth 3rd Floor, Civic Centre 6 Brixton Hill London SW2 1EG.or online www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above, or by email at licensing@lambeth.gov.uk The last day for representations being the 07/08/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 10/07/2026
