What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Trafford Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Tollgate at Seymour Grove, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0LN. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To add the licensable activity of Films externally Monday-Sunday until 23:00 hours.
3. To add the licensable activity of Late Night Refreshment externally Monday-Sunday until 23:00 until 00:00 hours.
4. To delete conditions 8 and 16.
5. To amend condition 10
Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 5th August 2026 (www.trafford.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
