What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Simon Thomas has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of the Angove Guest House, 121 the Esplanade, Weymouth, DT4 7EH for the supply of alcohol between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00 every day.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ by 3 August. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
