NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the Licensing Authority of West Lancashire Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 Licensing Act 2003.
Name and Address of Applicant.
We Gurkha Village Nepalese Bar and Grill of Unit-8 Burscough Wharf, Liverpool Road North, Burscough, Omskirk, L40 5RZ have applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for a premises license to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003, the following has been applied for:
Hours of operation 16:00 - 22:00 and to add the following licensable activities to sell alcohol within the premises.
The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale, WN8 8EE, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Councils website.

Any ‘Interested Party’ may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application before 7th August, 2026.
