The representations must fall within one or more of the Council’s Licensing Objectives which are: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from Harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.
Representations must be made in writing on or before 6TH August 2026 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
