NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Flat Iron Steak Ltd has applied to Liverpool City Council on 09 July 2026 to vary the premises licence at Flat Iron, 25 Castle Street, Liverpool, L2 4TA so as to vary the premises layout plans to reflect changes to layout, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH or online at: liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations to be received by no later than 06 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.liverpool.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
