Take notice that
Jonathan C White, on behalf of Huncoat Railway Ltd Has applied to Hyndburn Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as:
The Railway Hotel, 2 Station Road, Huncoat, Accrington BB5 6NG
Details of the application are as follows:-
To Vary the Premises Licence to:
1). include off sales
2). Include the Beer Garden in the Premises Licence
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, Lancashire. BB5 0PF.
Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, at the above address by 2nd August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which is currently £5,000.
