What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that I Karen Moore have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the Variation of a premises licence in respect of Honley Cricket Club, Honley HD9 6NS.
To include the pitch as part of the licensed area, for the sale of alcohol and live and recorded music on a Fri, Sat & Sun from noon until 10:30pm.
Any events on the pitch will be limited to 2 per Calendar year.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Service, PO Box 720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 3rd Aug 2026.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
