NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by Navjot Singh Gill to the Licensing Authority for Rhondda Cynon Taf for the grant of a Premises Licence for:

One Stop Treorchy, 165 Bute Street, Treorchy CF42 6DA

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only during the following hours:

Monday to Saturday 06:00 hours to 22:00 hours and Sunday 07:00 hours to 21:00 hours

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, at Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.

Any Person or responsible authorities wishing to make representation must do so in writing (including e-mail or fax) by 3rd August 2026 Licensing.section@rctcbc.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The fine of conviction is unlimited.
