Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for The Marshfield Bank Farm House (formerly the Farmhouse), Coppenhall Lane, Woolstanwood, Crewe, CW2 8SD. The application is to provide the following licensable activities:

1. Sale of Alcohol between 0800 – 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 0800 – 0100 Thursday to Saturday. Alcohol sold for consumption on and off the premises.

2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 - 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 2300 – 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

3. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non-standard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: Tuesday, 4th August 2026

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
