TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Farmhouse, Coppenhall Lane, Woolstanwood, Crewe, CW2 8SD. The application seeks to vary the plan attached to the premises licence. There are no other changes to the premises licence. Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: Tuesday, 4th August 2026. Licensing Team, Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
