Notice is hereby given that Double Diamond Gaming Limited of the following address: 1 – 5 Portland Road, Birmingham, B16 9HN is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence issued under that Act.
The application relates to the following premises: Golf Fang (Rainbow Casino), Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EN.
The application is to vary the licence as follows: This application is to vary the Converted Casino Premises Licence for Golf Fang (Rainbow Casino), Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EN, by relocating it to premises at: Unit at Rear of 1 Soberton Avenue, Cardiff, CF14 3NJ, as more particularly shown on the plan attached to this application, numbered 204-PL-107, Revision 00.
The application is pursuant to section 187 of The Gambling Act 2005, as modified by Paragraph 65(1) of Part 7 of Schedule 4 of The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 And Transitional Provisions) Order 2006.
Following grant of the application, the premises licence will remain dormant and the premises will not be used for any form of casino, gambling or gaming activities.

A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.

It is an offence under Section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a Licensing Authority for a purpose connected with the Act, information which is false or misleading.
