What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Gourmet Burger Kitchen (UK) Limited has applied to Liverpool City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slim Chickens, Unit 38, Liverpool Shopping Park, Liverpool, L13 1EW

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are :
1. Sale/Supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) 11:00 – 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 – midnight Friday and Saturday.

2. Late night refreshment (indoors) 23:00 – midnight Friday and Saturday. 3. Opening hours 11:00 – 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 – 00:30 Friday and Saturday.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through the council’s website - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH or by email to LicensingAct2003@liverpool.gov.uk.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received no later than 6th August 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
