Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
To All Whom It May Concern
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for Wetherspoons (formerly The Oasthouse), Foresters Leisure Park, Osmaston Park Road, Derby, DE23 8AG.
The application is to provide the following licensable activities:
1. Sale of Alcohol between 0800 – 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 0800 – 0100 Thursday to Saturday. Alcohol sold for consumption on and off the premises.
2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 - 0030 Sunday to Wednesday and 2300 – 0100 Thursday to Saturday.
3. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non-standard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.

Any party (including your ward councillor) or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address before the date shown.

Date by which representations must be provided: Wednesday, 5th August 2026.
