NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tehmoor Babar, on behalf of T&A Enterprises Ltd trading as Sip N Swirl, has applied to Manchester City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as: Sip N Swirl, Ground Floor Premises, 182-190 Stocks Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M8 8QH.

The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activity:

Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors) between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours Monday to Sunday.

The licensing register may be inspected by appointment by emailing: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

Any representations shall be made in writing to Manchester City Council Licensing no later than 05 August 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
