PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A APPLICATION TO GRANT/VARY A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act)
We ABERCORN PLANT & GARDEN CENTRE of Beehive lane, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 8LX, hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of the sale and consumption of alcohol as follows: -
The sale of alcohol for consumption off premises from the main shop and on premises in the cafe area during normal opening hours. 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 16:00 Sundays.
No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by not later than 6th August 2026.
The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department.
