Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Dickinson PH Ltd has applied to North Kesteven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Grapes, 51 Southgate, Sleaford, NG34 7SY.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include live music) Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to Midnight and Friday & Saturday 11:00 to 01:00 the following morning.
The provision for regulated entertainment (to include recorded music) Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to Midnight and Friday & Saturday 11:00 to 02:00 the following morning.
The sale of alcohol on & off the premises Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 01:00 and Friday & Saturday 11:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 01:00 and Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 01:30 and Friday & Saturday 11:00 to 03:30 the following morning.
The following non-standard timings have also been applied for: At the start of British Summertime, the terminal hour for all licensable activities shall be extended by one hour; and On Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday all licensable activities will be extended to 03:00 hours.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford from 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm Friday. All representations made by Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority must be made in writing to Licensing, North Kesteven District Council, District Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF, or by email to licensing@n-kesteven.gov.uk.
All representations must be received by 3 August 2026.
