NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Yorkshire Spirits Limited has applied to Kirklees Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises Unit 2 Hagg Wood Industrial Estate, HD9 6PW
The relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on from the premises are:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises only (via online and remote orders):
Monday to Sunday from 08:00 hours to 19:00 hours.
Note: The physical premises will operate as a secure dispatch facility and will remain closed to the general public at all times.
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at: Kirklees Council, Licensing Department, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG, or online via the council's licensing web portal at www.kirklees.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Department at the postal address above, or by email to licensing@kirklees.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 12th August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
