NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Central Park Hotel Limited has applied to Westminster City Council on 7th July 2026 to vary the premises licence at Central Park Hotel, 49 - 67 Queensborough Terrace London, W2 3SY. The application seeks to vary the licence to add the roof top terrace on level 8 to the licensed area, extend the sale by retail of alcohol to Core Hours Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 23:30 Friday to Saturday 09:00 – 00:00 and Sunday 12:00 – 22:30, throughout. To add and remove conditions where appropriate, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 4th August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
