Notice is hereby given that Boxcar Kendal St Ltd has applied to Westminster City Council on 2 July 2026 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Boxcar, 30-31 Kendal Street, London W2 2AW to vary the hours for the sale of alcohol to start from 09:00 hours Monday to Sunday; vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted layout plan; to remove and replace the wording on two current conditions and to add a further condition. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 30 July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
