What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that HEB Commercial limited has applied in respect of Novotel, 5 Olympic Way, Wembley, Brent, HA9 0NP for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to vary the layout plan in accordance with the submitted plan (entitled HEB – Novotel Wembley – Proposed Combined Plan). The changes seek to authorise the use of an external area to the front of the hotel for the sale and consumption of alcohol. The hours when this area is authorised for this are as follows: 10:00 – 21:00 on Wembley Stadium event days except for football, boxing or any other event deemed “high risk” by the Police.

Further, the application seeks to remove all current premises licence conditions at Annex 2 and replace them with a new schedule of conditions that covers CCTV, Incident Log, Staff Training, door supervisors, prevention of public nuisance, capacity risk assessment, first aid kit, Ask Angela/Clive, Challenge 25, refusals log, Wembley Stadium Event Days and use of the external area.

Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council.
