What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Jaguar Land Rover Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), Knightsbridge Brand Store, 81–93 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 8ET. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the Premises) from 09:00 until 23:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 until 00:00 Friday to Saturday and 09:00 until 22:30 Sunday. Provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors only) from 23:00 until 23:30 Monday to Thursday and 23:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday. Opening Hours of the Premises are from 09:00 until 23:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 until 00:00 Friday to Saturday and 09:00 until 22:30 Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Westminster Council, 15th Floor, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by email licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 3rd August 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or if it is available on the council’s website at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
