Notice is hereby given that Hard Rock Café (UK) Limited has applied to Westminster City Council on 2 July 2026 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of The Back Room, Gloucester House, 148 Old Park Lane, London W1K 1QY to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday until 03:00; late night refreshment Monday to Saturday until 03:00 and Sunday until 00:00; opening hours Monday to Saturday until 03:30 and Sunday until 00:00; to add the provision of live and recorded music Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:00 and to add further conditions as stated in the application form.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 30 July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
