Notice is hereby given that TAG Licences Ltd – Co No 13570299 has applied to the City of Westminster on 01/07/2026 for THREE new premises licences for: 4th Floor, Radstock House, 5 Eccleston Street, LONDON SW1W 9LX AND the Lower Ground and Ground Floors of 35 Grosvenor Street LONDON W1K 4QX. The proposed application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol between 15:30 and 20:00hrs on Thursday & Fridays, both ON and OFF the premises (but within the building).
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to these applications must give notice in writing of his/her representation(s) by 30th July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation(s) to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.
The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the applications. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
