NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Ealing Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 39, Halifax Road, SERGO Metropolitan Park, Greenford, UB6 8UJ.
The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 07:00am to 01:00am Monday to Sunday.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council, Perceval House, 14 – 16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website https://www.ealing.gov.uk/.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council, Perceval House, 14 – 16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or to licensing@ealing.gov.uk no later than 3 August 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
