I, Sheetal Jaykumar PATEL of Niha’s Mini Mart, 213 New Street, Blackrod, BOLTON BL6 5AT have applied to Bolton Council to vary the Premises Licence. The variation applied for is: To extend the footprint of the premises into No 211 New Street, the adjacent property.
The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, BOLTON BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive.
Any ‘Interested Party’ or ‘Responsible Authority’ may make representations to the Council regarding the application before 30th July 2026. All representations must be made in writing.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on conviction is liable to an unlimited fine.
